Panel discussion will follow with Dr. Louisa Moats, Dr. Sally Brown, Idaho State Superintendent of Public Instruction, Debbie Critchfield and others who will share updates on the revisions to the ICLP, H731, Idaho State Dyslexia Handbook and to further discuss solutions in working together to correct this national literacy crisis and ensure in Idaho, every child learns to read proficiently.
