Apr 8, 2021

Explore phonological and phonemic awareness tasks in depth following the developmental progression.

Kirsten Lewis returns, with a deep dive into the developmental progression of phonological and phonemic awareness.
Activities to address phonological awareness will be explained and demonstrated.
Tools to support struggling students will be provided.
This presentation is intended for both parents and educators and the provided activities are appropriate for young students requiring early intervention, as well as older students with dyslexia who require remediation.
It will be interactive, so plan to engage and ask questions as we explore this often underdeveloped foundational reading skill.
